Can we still play on the other sites?

I have a question strange I haven't seen it yet. Its not illegal to play online poker in the United States so some of us are still playing and when the state licenses it and regulates it can we still play on the sites we've been playing on?

You should know that the DOJ stated way back, " any rogue [lol i love the rogue part] site still catering to american players will NOT be able to get licensed should federal legislation be passed". That is the DOJ's statement made after black friday, and the reason the poker giant poker stars cut off real money play to american players. So how will the gov. keep us from playing on carbon for example if and when federal legislation passes? Send a nuke to the country? Prohibit the web from connecting U.S. players to certain domains? Cut off all means of depositing on the "rogue" site? Hard to say what will happen, but if american politics are involved, it can only be rotten.

The supreme court also stated that poker is not an illegal gambling act so that quote is pointless, right? Any way that has nothing to do with my question. Is anyone in New Jersey still playing on other sites?

The answer is yes we can still play on the sites. And approve of it is they can stop us from plan on them now, how in the world are they gonna stop this from plan on them when it's legal.

i am playing on other sites but i have been doing the freerolls and i haven't been able to put my own money into the sites using my credit card. i think it's the credit's card that i can't deposit money from it to them.

Buy a net spend card for online and international purchases. It cost like 2 bucks to load it and you can load it directly off you debit card.
