SKY POKER MISSING FUNDS

Hi everyone hope everyone is well.
I logged into my skypoker about a hour ago. Yesterday I had £277 exactly. To my dismay the balance was £0.00. I went straight to customer service and spoke to Samuel H. Know I'm not one to get everyone fired but this guy customer service level is 0 stars:secruity:. Anyway after 20 minutes of nonsense. They suspend my account. They never checked for chip dumping , transactions nothing. They say I have to ring fraud team from 9 to 5. He never even gave me the phone number.

Has anyone been through this with Sky poker.

I fear for my money with these fools

When dealing with people,(especially if you need their help)you should be nice,,, Live n learn.

They have locked my account and said there was play on the account I said name the other players and now they Have CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. WHAT INVESTIGATION takes 7 minutes on a live chat

They have closed the account.

I'm seriously getting pissed. How can they get away with this. This is disgusting. Isn't there any governing bodies or nothing.

there is a magical search engine named google where if you type in stuff that you are looking for, the search engine will sort through billions of items on the internet and display the most relevant to you.

you should check it out, the web address is:

maybe into the search box field you could type something like "sky poker governing bodies" and see how you get on!

I don't quite understand the reason for the block. You were blocked because they thought that other players had logged in from your account?

They have locked my account .
How do these sites have so much power. We as a poker COMMUNITY should not allow this.
They give any phoney excuse they can muster and we HAVE TO EXPECT.

hey man what was the outcome after, i joined sky poker on the 18th and im up to £54.49, £11 in free tourney tokens left from £44, and also 39 poker points, i love the layout and it's my go to platform for cash games and low stake tourneys (£1.10-£5.50) buy in etc etc. i just hope what happened to you does not happen to me!. what i do disagree with is when i first created my account and before deposit they gave me £11 in tournament tokens which i could either buy in to 1x £11 tournament, 2x £5.50, or even enter 3x £2.20 buy in's and 3x £1.10 which equates to 6 different tournaments if i wanted to, when i made my first deposit they gave me £44 in free tokens but this time if i entered into a £3.30 bounty hunter etc then instead of having unlimited buy in's equal to the remaining £40 they took £11 and said i had 3 of 4 tokens available... very misleading and frustrating but apart from that im yet to encounter any problems except the very poor prize funds offered on most tourneys, cash games are great to pay on there and using poker points to enter freerolls is another thing i tend to use it for, do let me know what the outcome was and i hope you were able to sort it out.
