Pokerstars support

Hi all,

Saturday night i sent pokerstars an email. Since then I have sent an additional 3 emails. Its now almost thursday and I still havent received a response.

Is this normal? Any help is greatly appreciated!

^this is correct.

one of the if not THE best support system of online poker sites. last time i emailed them i got a response within an hour. maybe double check that you sent to email to support@pokerstars.com...make sure you spelled it all right

Hey guys, its to do with a VIP store order so i used the internal mail facility through the software. I also manually sent an email to the vipstore email address. Regardless I have now emailed the support address too.

Nothing to worry about. PS support will not let down.

Is it in youe spam folder because pokerstars responds very fast
