If you lost on pokerstars money always contact the support snd ask them about loyalty bonus . I just got 3 x £10 free bets as cashbsck bonus !

Go ... contact support / promotions, bonuses , ticket / Stars Rewards

Tell them about your bad luck and wait for the email .

No such luck for me...I asked 2 different operators and they both flat out refused

Is it real? I never heard it before or maybe it just who lost in sport betting?

New players get these bonus'. I have them ever week... free bet,casion chips,football bets, free spin&go...,.. they all have attachments... such as bet £10 get £10 free bet if you lose.

I hardly ever use them.

Umnie is a very strange situation when it comes to these bonuses on pokerstars. As I made deposits very rarely, I got a bonus at least once a week, and when I started to make deposits more often, now maybe once every 2 months I will get a loyalty bonus.

Try to play roulette with your casino bonus . Play only 1 color ( red/black) with £0.20 ... this way you got good chance to exchsnge your bonus to cash
