Almost certainly. Any legit site will close your account when they discover that you violated their terms of service. You probably will not be able to withdraw your funds.
I am not suggesting that you violate their TOS again (by creating a second account), but your only option would be to create a new legitimate account and starting from scratch there. I would be very careful when it comes to trying to move any money from the old account to the new one, as it could cause you to lose access to both.
Hopefully, you didn't have a lot of money invested in the old account.

Countries have laws to stop underage people gambling. Poker sites have to ensure they comply with those laws, otherwise they can suffer legal penalties. A casino that allowed people underage to gamble might find itself shut down. The site might well bar you to protect itself. I'm curious as to how you got on the site. How did you deposit money? Wouldn't the false address not agree with the address on your credit/debit card?

re: Poker & poker underage
Try writing a letter to them and explaining the situation. Maybe they do not banned the account. But by law, this must be done. Now your problem will be to create your real account. You can not play two or more players from one computer. This can lead to the blocking of all accounts that have played from this computer.

If your account is created on another person, you need to close it. This is prohibited by the rules.
