I am finally ready to pay for poker tracking software. My first thought was to get PokerTracker but, I need to buy a second software to make it work with bodog. Can anybody point me to a good program that works with Bodog?

Try googling idleminer. You will need to pay. Free trial for 1st 2k hands If I'm not mistaken.

EDIT: Sorry for clarificiation.. Idleminer is for sites which don't store hand histories as easily as others (ie: PS and FT).

As Deco has pointed out above me, holdem manager is good..I used it.. PT3 is also an option (Pokertracker)

HEM with the idleminer handgrabber mentioned above is currently the only option (unless you revert to PT2 and PAHud).

Thanks to everybody for their quick replies. :)

I am looking at HEM now and it does list Bodog. I also looked at Idleminer. Correct me if i am wrong. The advantage of having both is that idleminer will pull HH from tables I am not playing on or watching. So if I am not ready to get that detailed in the research of my opponents, HEM would be all I really need. Correct?

No, you absolutely need the handgrabber to get HEM (or PT2) to work at Bodog. HEM only works with stored HH files and the handgrabber is required to get HH files from Bodog. Idleminer makes datamining products for other sites but the Bodog handgrabber is just to get HH files.

Thanks for the clarification. Guess i dont have a choice. I wanted to avoid buying 2 programs but it doesnt look like i have an option.

Well if it makes you feel any better using a HUD is a bigger advantage at Bodog than other sites because fewer people are willing to buy 2 pieces of software to use it.

One thing to point out is that Idleminer seems to sell licences for two computers at a time. So you could possibly split the cost with someone else who wants the handgrabber as well...

Unfortunately, I'm looking towards Pacific rather than Bodog at the mo'.

If you are a tournament player Poker Tracker and Hold'em Manager do not work for Bodog. They only track ring games. The hand grabber will store the tournament hands.

Also Poker Tracker 3 does not support Bodog currently. So, you would have to buy version 2.

Bodog Poker - Bodog PT - Bodog ES - Bovada
