I moved from one country to another one, I sent to pokerstars photo with stamp from my passport with my new address and to change it in platform but they are still asking me paper from my bank or something that is on my name. The apartment is on my wife name and normal that she to go and pay for what is necessary for apartment then from the bank I still want to use the last card. What to do if here I don't have nothing on my name? I hope somebody can give an explanation
