online poker traffic?

how is revolution rated higher in traffic than merge? i play on both, and merge consistently has about 2000-3000 more players at any given time than revolution. anywhere i look, i see that revolution is the largest us facing poker site, but the numbers i see say otherwise. can anyone shed some light on this for me? (i am just going by how players the sites themselves say that are online when you log in, )

How many people are logged in is different from how many people are at the real money tables.

Revolution's 24-hour high was 1851 players
Merge's 24-hour high was 1389

if im not mistaken, isnt pokerscout just keeping track of the cash games?

Yes, which personally is all I care about. All in all, the reason that Merge's numbers are higher in-client is because of all of the people playing play-money or that are simply logged in but not playing. Carbon on Merge is a much bigger name than any of the Rev sites, therefore has more play-money players.

still i think traffic should be all traffic and not just specific games.
