Need help: Any one's carbon account has increased unsure money?

I have unsure money coming

the amount is something like hundreds.... more than 3 hundred.

Tried email contact Carbon, and tried to contact customer support.
but....looks like the web is under maintenance.

PS: I did not have cash out recently, pretty sure, the money is NOT MINE.

anyone know how to handle this?
am I going to play on Carbon today???

they say, I won a promotion...by picking up the right world cup team...

I was totally confused....because....Yes I think at the beginner of the month, I did activate possible promotion....but anyway, looks like a pie falling down from sky.

If you picked the correct team the promotion would give you a ticket to enter the World Cup Freeroll which gives out 25 $10 - Free Sports Bet.

This promotion is obviously over given that the world cup is but as far as I'm aware, that would be the only thing that you would expect to be receiving. I'm not sure what you mean by hundreds but I hope this helps! = )
