Lock down for Maintenance 10-29

Lock is apparently down to undergo scheduled updates, anyone know when Lock is supposed to be back up and running?

Lock Poker troubles

So tonight I logged into the Lock Poker account I have to play a little and BAM!!!!! no poker but they kindly directed me to Pure Poker with the promise that I can redeem my account balance with them and start play right away if I can give them the correct current balance. However, when I try to get on Lock it just redirects to Pure Poker and I cannot look at the exact account balance. Also, no response from support at Lock when I email them. Good god I believe I have been shanghaied. Anyone know how to look that up without having to go through Locks software. Is there a way to look it up online? HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know why people wast their time and hard earned money on this lame poker room!!! I have heard and experienced nothing but bad stuff from this room.

I had money on there only because i built up a bankroll over a period of time. never deposited more than my initial $50 I started with. Cashed over $2000 over the time I played there. Just looking for a little help maybe recouping the current balance if there is any chance. I did get in touch with Pure Poker support. They are going to verify the account balance and they said it may take 7-10 days to recoup any balance over $200. I guess I will have to wait. They did however deposit $50 into the new account I created with them. Hopefully this site will be on the level. Does anyone know anything about Pure Poker?

im not sure ive been trying to download pure poker all day but there link will not work for me ive tried just about everything I can think of. didn't help so I just redownloaded lock

Hmmmm, launching an independent platform, that means a new site with new software, i believe. Those don't happen overnight. Maybe they plan on using an existing software on a new site. Hell, i don't know i'm not a computer-cyber world geek so i am outta my league on that, but i'm pretty dam sure i would wait a while to jump back on lock, if they do make a new 'platform'.

Well at least the new lock looks way better then the old, and I never saw the pure poker thing. I just hope they get this all worked out.

you have to migrate your account and then play on the new lock 2.0 software. Gl buddy
