Still no response at all from emailing support.
I've also been chatting with the WillHill Facebook page rep. They suggested I email support (lol).
I have almost never played any tournaments on iPoker network so far this year & now I won't be playing any until they get this sorted out.
I've experienced similiar stuff before on there & then have their customer support refuse to admit that there's a problem LOL. Do they not even inform each of their depts. about what is going on with the site?
I read on another forum about the tourneys all freezing up on Sunday but then they actually re-started & ran them a couple hrs. later.. & this was after they'd refunded 'some' of the players. ('some'... < only the ones who complained were refunded, LOL... f'n ridiculous!).
My account balance is still missing the money I won the other day. I don't even really ever expect to see it.
Something else... I'm finding Titan is running even worse for me than WilliamHill
(if that's even possible?). Sometimes I can't even login. Each time I go to login, all of my info. is missing & have to manually re-enter it. When I go to sit on a SPEED cash table, it takes my 100bb buyin from my account, sits me on a table with $0... & just leaves me sitting there 'as if' I'm sitting out.... but I'm not sitting out & can't click on any buttons to do otherwise, lol. It's brutal! (< this stuff hasn't happened yet on WillHill but it still has been glitchy as fk!)
