Im waiting to download this poker site from the card chat forum.do i have to clear cookies before downloading ?

I have a similar problem where I can download the installer, but I can never get passed the "lobby.exe" load when the "liveupdate" screen appears.

I've contacted support multiple times, cleared cache and cookies, and tried different browsers. I guess it's something wrong with my computer. Any insight would be helpful, as support has been terrible. I've been waiting for two weeks now for a solution, just contacted them again last night but haven't heard anything.

Im using google chrome its kinda complicated for me, maybe i should use firefox.thanks for the advice im gonna go download it now.

For some reason I had an issue with chrome as well. I never use internet explorer but it seemed to get the job done.
