How do you find out the tourney payout structure on Intertops?

I cashed in 2 tourneys, and still have not seen an increase in my balance. I wonder is it because they were freerolls?

Go to the tournament lobby and then the prizes tab. I would contact customer service, they will help if you aren't being credited for wins.

No it's not because they were freerolls.

Go to the sportsbook to see your complete balance, depending on your poker limit the balance shown in the poker client is just your poker balance and not your complete balance. If you are at your poker limit or more, only your limit will show and any above that limit will show in your sportsbook balance.

I hope that makes sense.
