Back when I was able to play on Pokerstars as a US based player I would do this and make money this way. Then bam every since that fateful Monday I can't do it anymore It sucks that we can't play on Pokerstars anymore but I guess those are the breaks and when you have a greedy government that is the end result. People can no longer enjoy a fun game of poker from the comfort of there own home anymore.
I think there are some alternatives for the USA other than PS no? I could be mistaken, but yea it really sucks...at least you have

Hey man, yes of course it works, I do it in the video lol! But if you want an additional proof, it's simple; you are not actually dealing with anything external. In other words, you are still doing a transaction through Pokerstars software, PS player to PS player, so if anything would happen, Pokerstars would be responsible.
Furthermore, in order for the transaction to complete, the other guy, in this case, OldEvil1, has to accept the deal. There are only 2 options: accept the deal that you are offering or don't accept the deal, so it's literally impossible to get scammed or wtv, because if he doesn't accept your deal then you keep the money, that's it that's all.
That's what you see me do in the video, I copy paste his PS nickname in the PS software, I enter my amount of t-money, I enter the amount of money indicated on the website. Then this guy see something popping up on his software, he has 2 options, accept or not accept. He clicks accept, buys my 16.50 for 16.17 so he makes 0.33 profit on that transaction.
