Not sure if anyone else is familiar with this site. I received mail for a casino grandbay website stating I would get $50 credit for free. I played the $50 and lost. I then received an email saying I have 50 free spins. I won about $13.00 I took the $13 and played black jack and won $178. The site said my bonus play was 100% complete and I could withdraw money with the exception of the $4.14 bonus. I tried over and over but couldn't do it so I requested to chat with an agent. The agent never gets back to me but I figure out how to do the withdraw which is now $250.17. So today I get an email saying that they are voiding my withdraw as I have played multiple bonuses without depositing money. This site emails me daily with their bonus info I never once asked for it and now they are not paying up. They are a scam and if I knew where to report them I would in a heartbeat

My Opinion

They will pay you but have to know the benefit in investing in you. They can't pay everyone unless they can bring people to the site. A good idea is to get a deck of real cards shuffle them outside in front of a dog or cat and try for fullhouse or better.

Played here many times

this Casino is not all that bad once you figure out all the little scams to avoid.

First and foremost... two no deposit bonuses in a row is a “no no”, they won’t pay you if you win. Need to deposit in between.

Now that you know that it’s up to you if you want to continue playing here and find out the other tricks.

Good luck. The worst thing is the no deposit bonuses pay out max 175 regardless of the value of the token.

I would never play here unless you take a deposit bonus or just buy in. Safest just to straight buy in.

You also have to send in verification documents every 6 months.

the problem is I wouldn't have done the 2nd bonus without depositing had the live chat option worked. I had trouble withdrawing and submitted the form for an email or callback. In the 2-3 days it took for them to respond I received another bonus offer and used it while I waited for my withdraw to go through. I think it's a shady tactic to use. I won the $250 and I should be paid. Had I lost the money I would accept that. It makes me think that the site is rigged to pay out when you have "house money" but if i deposit I will lose it all. Otherwise they would have no issues paying me what I earned. Again they physically mailed me the initial offer and then emailed me another offer. I never asked them for anything.

If this is the right site. then they can not void your winnings! They must invite you to make a deposit to withdraw money. I had it so on 888, after the deposit, I was able to withdraw my winnings.

So they won't even let me withdraw if I deposit money, They said i voided all winnings by doing a 2nd bonus even though that bonus had no effect on the $250 I won. These guys are scammers and I would avoid them at all cost. Not only that but the agent on the phone hung up on me because he couldn't answer my questions.
