Starting this Sunday, January 5th, Full Tilt's MiniFTOPS XXIV will feature over $3,000,000 in combined guarantees... and a six-month Black Card Pro sponsorship contract for the player that tops the MiniFTOPS XXIV leaderboard!

The 39 events scheduled across 15 days are the exact same events as FTOPS but at one-tenth of the buy-in.

For the very first time, the player who tops the MiniFTOPS XXIV Leaderboard will get a custom avatar and a six-month Black Card Pro sponsorship contract. In addition to earning a spot on the elite Black Card Pro team and 100% cashback, they will be given the choice between either FTOPS and MiniFTOPS buy-ins worth $20,000 or a clearable $20,000 bonus.

There’s more than $300,000 to play for on the first day of the series – Event #1 kicks off the action at 13:00 ET with $200,000 in guaranteed prize money and a $22 buy-in.

The action-packed final weekend of MiniFTOPS XXIV will boast over $1.4 million in guaranteed prize money and feature two of the series’ highlights – the $400,000 guaranteed Two-Day Event, which kicks of Saturday, January 18th, and Sunday’s MiniFTOPS XXIV Main Event, with a prize pool of at least $750,000.

Players can buy in to MiniFTOPS XXIV events from $11 or satellite through from just $0.05 or 25 Full Tilt Points.

I forgot all about this. Had no clue about the leaderboard prize.

If I final table Event#1, I'll play the rest of the series (lol).

I will play only the ME as I still can not (and will not) afford the buy ins .I useully play my 1 to 3 dollar tournaments, so 11$ or even 22 $ is far out of my BR. But I give it a shot on one of them. Maybe I get lucky and come deep.

gl on and off the felts

The main event is on my 19th birthday and I was going to get the funds together to take a shot at it, I'd have had to sell maybe 60% to play but was really looking forward to having a go at the main event as my own birthday treat. Then I discovered that it's going to be a re-entry tournament. I'm not going to play in a re-entry tournament if I cant rebuy since it just puts me at such a disadvantage if others can more willingly put their tournament life on the line knowing they can just re-enter should they bust.

really was looking forward to it since its on my birthday and the buy-in would have been the perfect size for a shot. :(

A re-entry & a rebuy are quite a bit different. There's no disadvantage to just taking one shot at it in a 're-entry' (structure is excellent.... it's not like a 1,500 chip rebuy or something... I think you start off with 250bb's in this).

I do realize that there is a difference between a re-entry tournament and a rebuy tournament, and when it comes to 2day Re-entry live events where a re-entry means being placed in the second day there is a huge difference between the two. However I think when it comes to online in a game like this where you can re-enter up to 5 times before late registration ends the difference isn't huge since there will still be some people with bigger bankrolls who have the chance to take more marginal spot or be more willing to take a risky bluff line early.

Having said that, you are right that the structure is good and the deep stacks make quite a difference. So I think I will have a go at it, I still think there will be a slight disadvantage compared to people who have the ability risk their tournament life in close spots, but it's not something that should have a significant impact.

Thanks for the advice

Can't play many of these but I'm hoping to hit it on Sunday for the $13 KO $100k gtd. and $33 $250k gtd. I'd say there will be some overlay too, there was last series.
