Five- 20k freeroll on FT

Just to give everyone the heads up. This tourneys in 25 hours with 15k seats open out of 30k seats!

Yep.. signed up earlier.. apparently they having tournaments like this on Full Tilt until July 19.. one a day, I guess?

Signed in, this one is a nice freeroll. It seems like full tilt starts to gain players, catching poker stars with massive players and new features.

30k entrants, turbo, all of the FTP freeroll "pros", and payouts starting under a dollar = ultimate -EV for time.

Wow. I just unregistered by mistake for the 900-man TurboFreeroll with the $2500 prize pool. Pffft, what a drab.. now I'm 117th on the waiting list and definitely not going to play...

thats at 00:05 on the 14th.... then another 5k tourny every 5 hours until 6/19 at 20:05

looks like this has a great structure for a freeroll! 10 min levels win levels added from normal freerolls

LOL - their servers are sooooooo not up to the task of running a tournament this big. Took what, almost 10 minutes just to seat all the players?

yea... already out in like 25000th place. Had 2 pair on the flop with two flush cards showing and raised it up to almost all-in to get rid of donks, but who calls but a guy with 52o with the 2 being his flush card and he hit two more on the turn and river to hit the flush against my 2 pair(which were high by the way, so there was no connections or anything else for him....) oh well, didn't expect to go far in this one too like I did yesterday...

This tourney is absolutely ridiculous! Just came home half an hour into the tournament to find a table full of offline folks and some guy raising every hand to get blinds. Dude was up to 10k chips lol. So I flipped out at my table asking why everyone was folding to this guy and I played a couple key hands and beat out this guy who had me covered 10x. Obviously not a very good player....

So anyways now I sit here reaping up free blinds myself with a nearly 16k stack and one active player to my right. Everytime he folds I raise and get blinds. And making sure to keep him in check so I don't suffer the same fate as the guy who's chips I stole.

42nd out of 21,000 right now haha. Anyone else in a similar boat?
