Anyone have any experience with this? I know, I know, use neteller or instacash, but I can't use neteller because visa doesn't like it, and I can't use instacash because I don't have a checking account (uninteresting story, basically the local bank near my school decided to charge me 5 dollar a day maintenance fees, so in a month I accrued a 159 dollar fee that I have no intention of paying). Click2pay just doesn't like my credit card for some reason. So I'm reduced to using a service that only requires a credit card, but does not need a check (I have a savings account back home, just no checking account).

It's not that they don't like your credit cards, it's that your credit cards don't like them. It's just like when you try to use a credit card to make a deposit at an online casino and it's denied. They will do the same for Neteller, and any similar sites.

I am wondering why the heck a bank would be charging $5 a day "maintenance" fees? Yikes. Unless you were overdrawn or something. My advice to you is to pay it now, or it will for ever haunt you on your credit report. If it hasn't effected it yet, trust me, it will. Just my two cents. :D

I'm thinking of doing that. This stupid rule, along with the fact that the only way to speak to a live human being on their customer service line is to select pay bills over the phone and then they charge you over ten dollars to do it is making me consider this. Which cards do you know of that allow online gambling?

Your answer is = Western union. They take Credit Cards over the phone and 90% of sites have WU as a deposit option.:)

Some places (like Party) take pre-paid LD phone cards. You go down to the liquor store or cell phone shop and buy the card (small addl.fee, of course). Then bring it home and punch in the card number on the appropriate screen at the poker site.

I looked into it for my dad who didn't want to tie into his checking acct. Seems simple if you don't mind the fee. Check the poker site for the ones they accept, then go to that company's website to find a location near you (and call ahead to see if the store still carries the cards).

I use epassporte to load my accounts off my credit card. My bank does not allow me to use my visa to load onto gaming sites
