I've read a lot on favourite sites and things but I just wondered what would make people change their main site?

I ask because I've used pokerstars for god knows how long and realised that I was loyal to them for no particular reason, and wondered if anyone else had changed for one reason or another....

I try to play on different ones just to see what each one has to offer. Right now i play on bodog, Ultimate Bet, Full Tilt and every once in awhile Pokerstars. I know Pokerstars is a favorite site for alot of people, but I'm not crazy about it. It's alot harder for U.S. players to play different sites because of restrictions and the ability to beable to make a deposit. I am not loyal to any site. I don't feel like any of them have earned that yet and maybe never will. One of my biggest problems with Pokerstars is that they don't even give you a Phone# to get in touch with them. They want all kinds of info from you but they won't even give out their Phone#. I think that should bother more people than it does. Good Luck at the tables hope this helped in some way.

I mainly play at full tilt here are some of the positives:

great graphics
many game types
plenty of guaranteed prize pools at low and high limits
ftp point feature is fun and useful for satellites

stars never appealed to me cause i didn't like the graphics and it seemed to run slow

id try full tilt cause you know they are a reputable site

I've played Full tilt, pokerstars, party and bodog and my first choice is Full Tilt. Its the site i started on, then got pissed at the people there and left. Played a lot of hands at the others and found that the worst out the 4 was bodog. Oh man are there some terrible people there! Plus the last 8 times ive gone back to them for free games or low buyins (using up a small amount of money and their points tournies) I was always second best.

Regardless, for my money id go with full tilt, looks great and some really cool people there to play with.

I've played several different sites: party poker, Absolute Poker, Full Tilt, poker stars, Ultimate Bet, Doyle's Room, and Players Only. I started at Party Poker and left when they stopped taking U.S. players. After that I spent about a year at Absolute, then decided to try a few others out. I didn't like Poker Stars or Full Tilt at all, and didn't care much for Ultimate Bet either. I really liked Doyle's Room until they changed their software last year. Now I play at Players Only and really like it. The ring game players are very loose. You catch several bad beats because they play so loose, but you can usually play tight and win at their cash tables. 2-7 is gold to some of the cash players there. :)
