Carbon site down

I was playing in 3 tournaments and about 10 min ago lost the connection with Carbon Poker.Does anyone else experiencing the same problem?
I've also tried to enter othe "Merge" sites like Gr88,PokerHost,Reefer poker but none of them seemes to work.
Also I would like to know that in these case do we have a refound I mean when the poker site's game servers are down?
