The purpose of the message is (1) warn other people from depositing money into BetOnline. (2) to get advice about what to do. I have posted this story on two other forums so far. And have filed a complaint to SBR, and sent a report to stolenbankrolls.com

Here's my story. I cashed in for $700 about 5 months ago. I currently have around $12,700 in my account. I requested a payout 3 months ago, after a month of sending my documents over and over, those were finally approved. Then out of the blue I was accused of chip dumping to a single player (I don't even remember playing against someone with that name).

They said my account was "under review" by the poker department. I have since called over 25 times and sent over 100 emails. Finally, yesterday they said my account was closed. I have been calling non stop and they tell me to email operations@betonline.com. Then they tell me to call customer service. Finally, after getting a supervisor on the phone (after 10 tries), she tells me there is nothing she or I can do. Apparently the "poker department" made the decision. But they have no email or phone number supposedly. They refuse to send me any hand histories or provide the slightest details or let me defend myself in any way. After doing research I have found that the exact same thing has happened to many other players recently.

I know I am new to the forum, but have been playing poker since 2004, mostly on bodog (username DMW).

Also, it's fitting that there's a huge Betonline banner ad at the top of this page.

Man, this seems to be a regular tactic for them. Hope you get it sorted out.

I finally got my account reopened after 3 months. So far I have received 2 checks for $2,500 each (that is the most you can ask for by mail).

If this happens to anyone else file a complaint at sportsbookreview.com. After doing that, my account was reopened 2 days later.

I cashed out 13k no problem, via western union. the fees are ridiculous 300 bucks to cash out, and it gets higher the more you cash out. Are you people sure that you totally verified your account?

Wow how do you guys win that much money to start with that is great. DMW I see you got around $5,000 so far but I don't see how they could accuse of chip dumping when you won that much money. And as I see it they would have to tell you that players name and then review your HH with every single hand you played against him. I hate hearing stories like this when someone has done well and the poker site tries to weazle out of paying the person with some load of crap. I'm glad to see you got everything worked out now good for you but still you shouldn't have to go thru that hassle or fear your not going to get paid.CH72
