I am hoping someone can guide me in the right direction here. I have been playing at BETOnline for quite awhile now.
About 2 weeks ago I attempted to complete a withdrawal. The site admin denied it and stated my account is "under review" because I used the same IP as another player.
They emailed me asking for information on my relation to another player (won't use his SN out of respect) and I let them know that I do not have any relation whatsoever. I explained the matching IPs might be due to the fact I travel all over the US for work and use the free Hilton internet. They stated they would get back to me within 24 hours.
It has now been 17 days and they continue to state my account is under review. I have emailed them almost every day and offered to provide any additional information they might need several times.
Every time all I get is a response asking me for 24-48 hours more. I asked to be put in touch with a supervisor and was flat out ignored.
This very frustrating as I have funds in there and have also won 3 tickets for the 50k and 1 for the 100k. I am scared to play because I don't know if I am being cheated out of my money.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? If so can you guide me in the right direction? who do I email or call? Can cards chat help?
I am been very respectful and offered additional information as I have nothing to hide. A process that was supposed to take 24 hours is now 17 days in.
