If you use Bitcoin to deposit on Americas Cardroom the minimum is $10. I think it's $20 on Betonline using the same deposit method.

I think it's $20 on ignition. I don't think you'd want to deposit less than $100 though honestly. You'd be massively under rolled for their smallest games otherwise.

You hit the nail on the head! Most of the sites set low minimums just so people will keep throwing money into a bottomless pit.

I think the lower the minimum a poker room has is an indication of how hard up they are for cash.

There is another thread regarding this same question. JohnA mentioned that he would not want to deposit less than $100. The reason being is that you would be under-bankrolled otherwise.

What can you do with $10? What would you play to increase that? A minimum deposit does not open too many doors for you. Any poker rooms offering minimums lower than $50 is like taking candy from babies. They are counting on you blowing that 10 and depositing another 10, over and over again.
