Banned from GG POKER

I was unjustly banned from GG Poker, the money I have there I am unable to access. Support refers you to Security and they are impossible talk to, they just don't understand or listen.

Does anyone know any appeal process on GG Poker, or email address of anyone there in a management/supervision position.

This is so damn frustrating - to be unjustly accused and no one to talk to.

and I warn you - GG POKER is not a place i would ever again put money and i play in 5 other sites with zero issues

I banned myself from breakout poker a new small site that couldn't process a cashout after three weeks. They even sent me an email with the title well educated moron are you kidding me and how come it only takes me on a big site like poker stars and party poker one-two business to get my funds. The small sites do what they want there is nothing in place to protect players.

Security on these websites are nuts. I had a Slightly different issue with bodog which is now boVada. You are spot on when you say these people refused to listen. I could never even get a supervisor on the line. My bonuses were permanently removed. I can never get another bonus of any kind on bovada.

I have been a customer for something like 13 years and one time I Didn't read the fine print on a deposit bonus. I used the bonus a bunch of times when I already had a balance and it was supposed to be a we load only bonus with a 0 balance. Well right on the website it says "UNLIMITED!"

I wondered why they didn't just Remove this bonus option from the deposit field if you had a balance. I mean how hard is that?

They said it didn't matter my Bonuses were all permanently removed. There was no one I could talk to it was indefinite.

It's been about 3 years now and I still can't get those bonuses back.

What is most disturbing is the lack of any process or any sane adult who will even talk to you or discuss the circumstances or the misunderstanding. I've been a really good customer. Back in the poker boom era I actually made most of my living playing MTTs on bodog. It was astonishing to me that they were treating me like a criminal, So I rarely play there anymore.

I M not sure what you can do Krista, But I don't think you're gonna get anywhere with these people. I've never heard of GG poker.

It's not really fair getting banned without any justification or even an e-mail explanation about the situation , I recommend to ask help from streamers which have partnership with this site or something like that .

I've not heard of GG poker before but do hope you can withdraw soon.

Some of the more obscure sites seem to be able to make 'rule' changes willy nilly - way back when poker sites were popping up everywhere, I would try freerolls win a bit, make it grow and by the time I was hoping to withdraw they would shut down. Such is life I suppose, but super annoying which also taught me to stick to the sites we know have a much better history and track record.

At the moment, my favorite poker network. Probably every case is individual. I registered in 4 rooms of this network and there were no problems anywhere, the output was fast and there were no pritenzy. But for example, for poker stars and William Heely banned reasons. If we are talking about ggpoker poker room try to talk in their discord chat or telegram. There are administrators who have direct communication with all the structures of the site.

Do you understand why it can be difficult for the sites to process payments? If it was easy, don't you think they would all be doing so quickly? Do you realize how much this affects their business? (ie. they lost you from their site... but perhaps they figured there was no hope to retain you as a customer... I mean titling an email with 'Well educated moron" has to tell you something)

What was their reasoning for banning you?

i was banned for having a Poker Hud, acceptable in pokerstars, 888, & partypoker on my computer, seems they not like Huds.

Wait ... NO .... not for using it on GG Poker - but for merely having it on my computer.

I was on break playing on tables at PokerStars... I logged into GG Poker, merely to see when next day was a Twitch Streamers home game ... note... not to play, just see schedule quick

Their software pops up, says: bad 3rd Party Software... i immediately reply to the pop up by email to security, and explained, and say sorry understand and wont do again... but i am frozen out of site.

I contact support... they say need talk to security. I send two e-mails to them explain politely, beg look at data i haven't played at GG Poker for weeks, and ask ban be lifted.... i get an answer after a few days basically says F you, we no want you on our site, banned for 3693 days

I reply say... how can you ban me for using restricted software - when I not played on your site - look at your records?

Like what business is it of theirs,,, what programs i have on my computer? I ask for address to contact who in charge, someone I can appeal to... no answer

I also sent a plea for help to a streamer who is their ambassador and plays on twitch - no answer

Geeze I am new and play micro stakes.. I not a criminal.

Sucks when you feel falsely accused and sentenced... without appeal or anyone to talk to. They act like little punch drunk with power, fascists.

So they do this often? Look for ways to easy steal people's money .. a better return than rake?

Brutal!

I can relate in some ways as I have had a f@ck of a time dealing with support on a few sites. It's like trying to reason with a drunk who's had far too many.

Have you tried commenting on the Twitch stream you follow (not just writing in to the player) so that others will see it & hopefully gets brought to the attention of the player who supports GG.

I had the exact same situation back when Duck Poker was still in business three weeks it took them to process a cash out I got it finally and closed my account. I don't care with the new small sites anymore its too much of headache and a hassle.

Krista, I also got my account banned from Breakout Poker, which is on the GG Poker Network (Same site pretty much).

They have it clearly in their ToS that 3rd party software is not allowed, I just failed to read this, and assumed all poker sites allowed the HUD programs.

Not worth playing there in my opinion, better off putting more time into Pokerstars or Party Poker where you are guaranteed to get paid when you do win.

I just wanted the free $8 no-deposit offer, but I was banned by the time I woke up the next day

I have heard many bad things about Breakoutpoker and GG Poker. I think you did not pay. I also have my money there, if the situation continues to remain so, I do not play more there.

to answer your questions...

1. the advertising of the hud i bought specifically said GG Poker sites were ok....

and i also have accounts and use this hud without issues on PokerStars, PartyPoker, 888, ACR

2. yes i read their TOS after the event that says 3rd party software prohibited, however specific programs are not listed like other sites do, plus being new to poker sites i wouldnt have been 100% certain exactly what 3rd party software means

3. i also have Flopzilla, it is not allowed on Poker Stars so if accident, i have it open in another window and log into Poker Stars .. i get a very polite reminder... with GG Poker you get banned for 10,000 days

4. I have contacted streamers, other supporters of GG Poker on Discord all to no result... i did get a final message from GG Poker, basically says we are done talking to you and will no longer respond to your messages ... another F you ... to a customer

5. GG Poker is a small place to play, with little traffic and limited games.... only reason i went there and gave them my $100usd was to get an account so can play in homegames of a twitch streamer i like

HUGE mistake. These people are petty little tyrants, treat their customers with disregard and as some have told me, from their own experience .. they are thieves.

Lesson is play on reputable large sites where they have respect for people that trust them with our money and enjoyment. Hopefully one day government will regulate this industry so we have some sort of appeal and impartial judging of their actions.

in meantime all i can do is warn people... stay away from GG POKER and their network (thank gawd this lesson only cost me under $100 and hurt feelings)

LOL. I think they would've known if they had done that. Also, if you read the thread you can see why they were banned. Did you read the thread? I'm going to guess 'no'.

All the sites in the GG poker network has a very strict rule on huds or other tools.
At the same time the site is famous for not letting people withdraw or banning winning players. So there's that

I agree 100% and enjoy playing on Poker Stars , 888 and ACR .. just want warn people about GG Poker
i am sorry i ever signed up there and gave them my $100usd which they took from me now
i follow a twitch streamer and they had a homegame on GG Poker *sighs*

I was recently thinking that they probably worked the kinks out and are OK but now I am not so sure.

I will play on multiple sites at the same time sometimes and use a HUD that probably wouldn't work at all on GG but wonder if I would get accused of trying to.

There have been many who complain of having an issue with this site.

I had a hud running on PokerStars and GG Poker banned me for it although I WAS NOT PLAYING on GG Poker at the time

wow ... like they spy on my computer? what if I had porn tunning??? they maybe object to that?

see the ethical issue... what right they have to ban me for having a program on my computer that I do not use or has nothing to do with GG Poker

they have a terrible attitude, have zero respect for customers... i sure that will also reflect to different things

I am going to contact them and tell them I play on multiple sites simultaneously and have Jivaro running for pokerstars and see what they say.
