So the 4k all in "hand of the day" promotion was active yesterday and today, yet no pop up...
Obviously sent them an email 24hrs ago and no response, sent them a message here and on their fb chat and nothing. For a company that makes millions weekly... how hard can it be to have people replying to customers fast? Is this a Mickey Mouse operation? Do they have like 4 cs reps at a time all the time???? A company of that size should have 20-30 CS reps always.
Also, I "cashed" in 2 or 3 of their 1k all in promos and it has been DAYS and yet no email about my prize.
I really try not to get tilted and not be a bitch about it, but these people dont have a clue how to run a poker site.
