Since we can choose more then one I chose Bovada, Carbon, WPN and Other,, I'm sure Bet Online and Full flush are safe I just have no personal experience with them.

My other was for juicy stakes on the Revolution Network... If Lock poker didn't take them out when they shared the same skin and Jusicy Stakes kept the same look and didn't change their identity when it would remind some of Lock nothing can take them down.

My choice was FullFlush Poker for online. The reason is:They accept players from my state(Carbon does not) Great customer service. They are super fast with their cash outs.I also like doing the western union or money gram, that way I know there isn't any bad checks bouncing & no hassle with a bank cashing a check or no waiting time for the check to clear.

I apologize in advance if my question is not completely related to the subject...

S3emper wrote: "...It is illegal for your bank to process funds to an online poker site." ...so (no one complained so I assume that statement is true), if someone would tell if it is illegal for the bank to process funds directly to clients account and if so is there a limit to that number (and how/if is it related to taxes)?

Thank you

If no one complains or disputes sometimes can be a good sign that some one is correct but when it's me with the original statement it's not full proof since people have gotten to the point where they ignore my nonsense since I say so much of it lol

well, thanks for that response at least:) It's just my curiosity anyway.
I was thinking that country as big as USA (not just geographically but in a sense of gambling in general) would have some gambler friendly laws...

No. It's straight up illegal.

I'm pretty sure this isn't true

Edit: In fact, if I'm not mistaken which sometimes I am the DOJ has said multiple times that playing poker in the US is not illegal, I think 3 states are the exception to this.

I meant for the banks to process transactions for online poker.

He was asking if there's a certain threshold amount that makes it illegal or if it has anything to do with taxes; it doesn't. One $25 deposit = illegal sh*t for the bank.

It all depends on where
You live but I seem to think from many hours of éxperience I think the safest sites you can play on USA is 1 bovada cuz checks came
So quickly 4 days ..and then carbon num 2 then wpn. Full flush it don't trust
Juicy cuz of previous owners and lock is a joke

Hello, Sorry it has been so long since I have responded to this thread. I gotta say, I'm extremely happy to see all the feedback and discussion here that is awesome! It really gave me alot of new incite on the various poker rooms available to me here in the USA. Thank you very much Dakota-xx for extending the poll and keeping things going. Your time is appreciated, and I got tons of great information out of this thread.

I'm glad to know that at least there is a few sites where USA players can come to play poker in the privacy of their home and not get their money taken from them in some sort of scam.

OK, There's just one question I want to be sure of (its the only thing that I am curious about now in regards to safety of the sites)...

Are the sites rigged in any way?

Is it just as legitimate as sitting down with a deck of cards and playing a legitimate game of poker at Bovada/Carbon/WPN/etc?

I just wanted to be sure that I wouldn't be getting into a situation where the game is putting up cards that give incentive for players to put more money into the pot to increase action. For instance, say they could make a player hit a straight or flush, but loose to a full house or better more than statistically possible, to increase player action.

I've seen a rather funny video of a guy yelling about this on youtube, not sure if hes trolling or not but It looked like he had a point.

It would be the same difference as a slot machine almost hitting 777 over and over to keep the player there dumping their money in.

Has anyone noticed this type of unfair game play?

Any advice to give to someone transitioning from hand dealt to digital poker games?

Thank you for your time and wisdom, it is much appreciated. I plan to make my first deposit by next friday :) Have a nice evening everyone.
