Doyle's Room Payout Problems?

i first requested a payout mid march. have been getting the run around ever since. i have actually be told on three occasions that the check has been sent only to hear in the next email that they are about to send it? im not really expecting to get my money and i dont need to tell anyone to steer clear of this site. even if they fix the problems and pay everyone they are still shifty and are liars. that is a fact. why play here when u have so many options?

After I wrote my comment I called Doyles Room and they suggested I request a new check. Hopefully this one goes better.

Good news from my end and possibly for you all.
I was one of those who had been run around the block for months trying to get paid....
Doyle's room issued me a new check and I am holding it in my hand right now.....
Have faith... mine was for $900 and I was more than concerned. It was issued from canada and routed through Tampa.

Good luck in receiving your late pay outs... hope it comes soon.

It seems like a lot of places are having troubles with paying people.. I know that it sucks when u make a load of money and want it withdrawn and they dont want to pay you ur hard earned money.. Seems, a bit like a fraud to me.. IF the problem persists you may have to take legal action towards them.

Finally got it

I got my check (after almost exactly 3 months!). However, I would have had to wait longer and hassle with customer service if it weren't for Cardschat....DoylesR joined our forum, answered questions, and expedited the delivery of checks. So.... THANK YOU cardschat! and THANK YOU DoylesR! Cardschat is the best poker forum on the net. It is a privilege to be a member.

Hi Decker; awesome. Well, it seems like finally Doyle's is taking this matter seriously.
I agree with your Heather, it is very frustrating getting caught in this situation but I wonder, what legal action can a player take against a casino or poker room for delaying payouts, or worst, not paying at all?

DDP, the accounting people is telling me that your should have your check now but obviously you don't, right? If you did not receive it, we will put a stop payment and issue another one, you should get it in two weeks. Let me know.

Doyes joined up with Cake poker now that one is a problem for me getting $$ out no problem getting it in there lol.Cake took me 3 weeks longer then they said (got lost in the system excuse i got from themgl getting ur $$.

look out for doylesrooms new marketing campaign. - if u pay $20 they will rush your check to you in as little as 6 months!!! good service.
you cant even make contact with these pricks let alone get an apology or compensation for what is their f-ck up.

Yeah I agree, they should put your w/d fees back if the check takes more than a week or two. At least they are picking up the phone now, no chance for the canned response.

All the problems in this thread seem to be the result of payouts being requested in the form of a cheque. One of the biggest lies in the world ( not saying anyone is lying btw ) is the standard "the cheque is in the mail" routine. I don't know what the longest postal route is in the world but there is no way it should take more than 10 days. Thank heavens for ewallets, most withdrawals within an hour, a couple of sites within 24 hrs, cheque from ewallet company, 5 business days max in my experience. Many poker rooms have problems with paying out withdrawals by cheque where the recipient is a US resident, blame your congress and GWB for that.

Yeah, I totally agree with you Pothole, deposits and w/d with electronic tellers are the best way to go; they charge you a fee when you fund your account with your CC, but wouldn't you agree that, paying 9 or 10% is better than having to wait three months for a check??

adubcho; accounting has sent you a three-in-one check, you should be getting that one very shortly. Let me know.

Ok guys, here is the thing, let's see what you think. We all know that this is not Doyle's or Tilt's or Stars fault; the check processors are getting our business because we deposit with credit cards, and some rooms can not send funds back to cc's so they have no option but to send check by regular mail using these damn processors, which is a pain.

We are paying for a service here (check processing) and, like any other service, we want quality, if they don't give us quality, why keep on using them?? We have expressed our frustration, complaints everything but, is there anything we can do about it as a community?

I was promised by DoylesR that my check was going to arrive at my house today July 17tha and no check. I have requested this check around May 1st.

DoylesR put the money back on my account so I can withdrawl it using UseMyWallet.

Glad I just read this post, a few weeks ago I requested a payout by check and it was denied. I thought no big deal I will just leave the money in and withdraw later when I needed it. Glad you included our Congress in this finger pointing. The UIEGA was as amendment added by CONGRESS to the SAFE PORT Act and approved UNANIMOUSLY by BOTH Houses of Congress. No surprise that Bush signed an Bill directed at protecting our Ports of Entry rather than veto a Bill that surely would have been overturned by a Congress that voted 100% in favor of the Bill, minus the few who abstained or were absent from voting.
