Should've put money on Reiss watched him play Hammond event knew he'd be around for a while. He makes good reads and is able to lay down some pretty strong hands. I think Farber is better at applying pressure to his opponents. This should be interesting although I doubt it last more than 3 hours. These two get it in big when they enter pots and I think Jay is going to get it in early against Reiss and luck will decide this one with no one having a distinct advantage in chip lead.

Interestingly I distinctly felt that because of the odds given and the starting stack sizes, I felt Reiss would be a good bet before the start of the final table, the only reason I didn't put money on him is because I don't have money and don't really bet :p

IMHO, the blind structure at the FT needs changing, like instead of relatively small incremental increases in the blinds, they should change to a much faster structure.
So they should basically change it into more of a bingo allin fest?
imo I thought it was great when there were 3-4 players all sitting on 50-60bb stacks, making for a much more interesting dynamic.
I didn't think the table dragged on at all & was an improvement over last year's with player's taking less time to act.

There was a ton of action with alot of big hands in the first hour & player stacks changing frequently.

Was sad to see McLaughlin go out with the KK < AA with 3 ss's on the table :( Nice payout jump for the others after that.
Too bad about JC... :(

I'm thinking Farber is going to take this down!

Even though Farber has the chip lead, I wonder if he and Riess made a behind the scenes deal. There's a 3 million dollar jump from 2nd to 1st.

so sick how farber just coolers mclaughlin like that .,...

I was dumbfounded when I seen farber 5bet 66 vs tran did not expect that at all

that was trans downfall especially after he learned what farber had 5bet with probably tilted the F out of him

Decent action

Also sick how one of my other picks gets sick coolered AK vs KJ

I think that last night that move with the K2 was not a good move. haha
He could've waited to see a better hand. I understand the move, but of course us amateurs are gonna call you with AKo.

very reminiscent of the moneymaker-Faraha moment there.

Incidentally I put both of them on pretty much the exact sort of hands they had But then it's a hell of a lot easier to say he should call from where I'm sitting, being there with the millions at stake would change things I'd imagine

Farber reminds me of me

Taking a bluff line that makes no sense at all but getting it through with the heart to put in an ugly bet on the river

sick bluff lol

I thought this HU might go quickly in a unprecedented way. Doesn't look like that's going to happen.

Looking at updates.....it's just about over unless Farber gets back on his feet. Riess has a 7-1 chip advantage.

I was wrong about this one. For some reason I think Farber still thinks he can out play Reiss. Nevermimd not anymore...wow still crazy take home.
