The biggest poker series in the world begins May 28, and ends with the final table of the Main Event on July 17, with about 100 more tournaments in between.

The first of four starting days of the $10,000 Main Event start July 3, and players will also have the option to register directly into Day 2 of of the Main Event on either July 7 or July 8.

The full schedule will be released in a month or two and should be very similar to 2023’s schedule, which had more than 100 events across all buy-in amounts and game variations. Many of the fan favorite’s, like the Mystery Millions, Millionaire Maker, the Senior’s Championship, Ladies’ Championship, and Player’s Championship, will return.

Last year’s version of the WSOP saw more than $400,000,000 in prize pools generated by the tens-of-thousands of players who descended on Las Vegas for events that ranged from $600 deepstack events to the nosebleed championships that go all the way up to $100,000.

The Main Event’s 10,043 entrants broke a long-held record that was set in 2006 with 8,772. Officials made it one of their goals to break the Main Event record by holding satellites at Caesar properties around the country and online worldwide, and their work paid off.

Besides Caesars Entertainment, Daniel Weinman was the biggest beneficiary of the Main Event record push, winning a gargantuan $12.1 million for taking it down (after nearly skipping it).

Satellites to the Main Event are already being held online, with seats given away in deposit freerolls on the sites in the Unites States. Check out WSOP.com for eligibility.

“There’s not much more that can be said about what a special year 2023 was for the WSOP and the game of poker,” said Ty Stewart, SVP and Executive Director of the World Series of Poker, in a press release. “But it’s time to turn the page and begin the countdown to 2024. Records are made to be broken. We’re busy on improvements to make sure 2024 is both the biggest and best event in poker history. Mark your calendars and bank those vacation days. We’ll see you in Vegas.”

Reduced room rates will be available across Caesars Entertainment’s Las Vegas resorts for the series. Players and guests should stay tuned to WSOP social media channels and WSOP.com for updates on special rates available at www.caesars.com.

Players can visit www.wsop.com/promotions for full details on ways to qualify for the 2024 WSOP.

WSOP satellites outside the U.S. will be exclusively held on GGPoker beginning in January. Additional details regarding the entire gold bracelet schedule will also be available at wsop.com. Online pre-registration will open after all events have been determined and approved by regulators — which should happen sometime in February or March.
