Pokerstars contact number

Hey everyone.

I had a pokerstars account many years ago and recently started laying again. Because of the changes I regulations my account only worked on pokerstars.com and because I'm UK based it wouldn't let me log in to play.

So I set up another account from the UK and this worked fine for a day but they then froze that account.

I emailed them and was told it was due to having multiple accounts. I tried explaining but the didn't reply too the emails.

So I logged into the website on my original account using a VPN (I know, I know) and spoke to them on the chat to explain. The guy was very good and accommodating. He said I couldn't play using a VPN and told him I know I had no intention of doing that, but it was the only way I could access the chat help. Anyway long story short he helped my migrate my original account to the UK.

When I did this I had to log off and on for it to activate and when I did that, my account was locked in the UK.

So now I can no longer get in nor access the chat function. I've sent them several emails and also submitted an online form but they never rely and it's been over a week.

SOOOO, anyone know of a contact number for them so I can try to talk to someone? I've saw on some other threads on here people telling others to call them up but I cannot find a number anywhere for them.

The best way it when you will contact them thrue their webpage - in help there is explain step by step what to do.
But remember - you are potential lier so it will be not easy.

I've also been truthful but they may choose not to believe that.

look in your spam emails, maybe they have not been seen, i got the same think for me, my account is frozen, because my son's account has the same address, yesterday I checked and found an e-mail which they send me the 17, they asked me to accept their conditions and send it their so i did it I accept the conditions imposed by Pokerstars, and now I 'wait for they unlock my account.
