Hey I was just wondering are you guys excited for the micro millions? I am real excited, its a great opportunity for us micro grinders.

No it's not. You're not gonna ACTUALLY make millions in those events and none of them have overlay (nor does or will ever have any Stars tournament), and the tournaments have the huge prizepools they have because they have a HUMONGOUS number of players. So your EV isn't better than any other micro tournament; it's just overhyped crap. Sorry to bust your bubble.

An actual great opportunity is when the site's basically giving away money themselves above and beyond your bankroll, such as guaranteeds with really really huge overlays.

I'v played a few tournaments and made a profit but i'm not really thrilled about PS MTTs at all cause what really counts is FT and i never reached one so far to be honest...and the second thing when i decide to play micro million tourney i don't even expect to end up at FT because the number of registered players is unreal

you got it right 100 percent, big fields, more variance in these, and really if you aren't making it to final table and having a decent score its meaningless...thats just my opinion
long time of work just to min cash these for small money
but i will be playing the razz micro million for sure cause its my specialty and it will have small field

The chance to turn a couple bucks into a few thousands $$$ is always great value. You don't just need overlay for that to be the case. Also, I have found overlay in PokerStars tournaments

That people who play real money tournaments sometimes lose money.

too bad that my bankroll on pokerstars and fulltilt is close to 0 these days... I didnt play in any of micromillions tourneys...:/ But anyway thats not my favorite kind of tourneys.

In how many? Stars has over 150,000 active tournament players on average (source: Pokerlistings, July 2013), at peak hours. Thus, I kinda have to assume any GTD being overlaid is a happy accident.
