study your opponents look for the donks and the tight players. raise raise raise with big pairs. and always play your position. make diff type of bets in diff positions. folding after the flop with an ace on board isn't a bad play early in the tournament if your not certain they are bluffing. look for tells

Your preflop betting very bad, need 6-8 BB ( 120-150) at the micro stakes MTT , what get 1-2 callers, not more, because when u rase 80 in micro MTT .this bet no one not care , and many will be needed have pot odds. In your situathion easy fold.. 3 callers .. one have 100% ace..

I think it is an easy old, especially since they donk bet. Most likely they have the A, and they are definitely representing it.

yes thats an easy fold with 3 other players, and even in late stages you have to fold that hand imo.
