Poker School at Pokerstars

I took the core and basics quiz. They both were ridiculously easy without reading the content. I did not realize that they were only $50 freerolls though.

The thing I like about this is that they have the league part of it, so that people might try a little bit more and to discourage sitters. I'm not saying that this will happen completely, but it should do a little bit. GL to all the CCers in this, the tournaments start on Tuesday.

New update for PokerStars. Introduced the PokerSchool. Will have 4 freerolls daily,enter according to score. 60% to 70% needed on quizs. Freerolls start June 15. Has some simple and interesting information. Only read the Basic and Core. Get a ticket to freeroll after Core quiz.

Is there a special http address ? how do I navaigate/ get there to see the school?I have pokers stars downloaded and do play at the site.

I mean, I register and play in the PSO FR games. Do you have to form a league of your own, or is it something you have to do through PS?

Lafayete, thanks for posting this, I got in alittle late but with the 8-10 freerolls left that I can enter I should be able to earn a couple dollars to start playing micros. Cashed in two of them yesterday.

If you play the freerolls your automatically in the league. If you go to the pokerschool you can find out more about it. The league doesn't start until July 1st though.

I got a question. This is little bit offsubject but conerning pokerschool. Figured there's probably someone who can quickly answer me this question.

I'm trying to qualify for the Premier league. I'm in top-1500 and the pokerschool site says i got 1+2.50+2.50$ coming my way also "Qualified" is checked. I don't have any money uploaded to pokerstars so is it possible i have the VPP+ 20 done without no money on the site? On Cashier i only see some 50 cents and no VPP (not really sure where i'm supposed to see the VPP points if i even have any). Or does the "Qualified" checked mean i will have VPP+ 20 at the end of the month? 5 days left before month ends so does it sound like i need to quickly put some money on the site and earn the VPP via cash games if i want to be in the premier league?
