Do you think what you win or lose is based off how much you deposit?

I thin nowdays every poker /casino platform is manipulated by a system.. Your winnings depend on the amount of deposit and withdrawal... A very smal percent of new players can hit a tournament or something bigger.. But if you play constantly and don t deposit a lot the system won t let you win no mather how good u are..
Opinions? (especially from players who play for years online.. Thank you

I think you're very wrong. I haven't made a deposit in years, but have made a few withdrawals. This graph is from my most recent run on pokerstars Ontario. No deposit, started from a residual 'roll of under $50 leftover from PS global and starting again in the micros.

No i Dont agree, because it îs still în play the decision factor.. Because, let say you have AA, if you feel that îs not going to win or there are multiple players involve în the hand, you can still have the opțional of folding or to not play at all.. 😁

I think you're right, you need to earn rake for the room then everyone will be happy

I'm not saying I agree with you 100% because I don't have proof, but I'm sure there's some of that.

Totally disagree! It's not about deposits. Yes, and, practically, all poker rooms are fair. To a greater or lesser extent, of course. I, for example, made a deposit at 888 only once (to activate my account). And two weeks ago I took 2nd place in the Saturday Platinum CardsChat Tournament with a $300 guarantee. For example, this poker room (I'm talking about 888) is absolutely fair! I also like GGPoker, especially there is a cool cash games. And they have great options at the table.

This is not true my friend, at 888 and WPT I withdrew more than 600 dollars without depositing and with the winnings I played micro and I only had to deposit the minimum amount to be able to withdraw so from my experience in this I say that it is not true, and poker sites profit from each tournament that takes place they take a small percentage from these tournaments

If I could start over on pokerstars I would never deposit any money. The first month went very well, the victories came in a row (the feeding went well), then came the decline.
If I could go back in time, I'd see how my bankroll would have been without any deposit... Since then I think it's all about rake. Current world revolves around money anyway, so it's easy to think this is the true.

I've been playing online since 2009. This thought has repeatedly crossed my mind. But this is unprovable. Now I'm surprised to see the combinations in GGPoker. Flush and full house are very common. And repeatedly full house on full house. Something is wrong with the random number generator, I think so. Well, or I was so lucky (sarcasm). I can't say that when you make a deposit, the card gets better! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I dont think so,sometimes it looks like that, when you are playing great and just bad beats happen, but its part of the game,at least i hope that iam correct XD
I choose to believe in fairplay in poker games, when i was playing great i won so if iam not winning its because iam not playing great
The more you study the better you get and the better you get more you win
Its all about determination and perseverance (at least i hope so XD)
Go for the gold
God bless

If you don't deposit money, you won't win anything. The question was asked incorrectly.
You are writing about depositing money. How do you want to win without money?
Let's say you deposited $10 and play 10 tournaments for $1. There's more chance of winning than just playing the daily freeroll once a day
Making a deposit and risks is the game of poker.
Well, as for the rigged game, I doubt it

At quick look at the sharkscope SnG leaderboard will disprove your theory. This guy is currently number 2 on the leaderboard for 2024. He has played 700k games over a period of 11 years, and he is still winning. And obviously when people win, they tend to withdraw rather than deposit ;)

The truth is I don't think that's the case. But I am going to say something that always seemed strange to me. Luckily I was able to withdraw several times. But every time I withdraw something, no matter how small the amount is, the next day I lose in incredible ways. hahaha.

I don't know about poker rooms , but for casinos online it is true . Almost never I have experienced a win after a first deposit or a small deposit . RTP is 95% more or less theoretically but in reality it's much worse and it depends on the player , how much he has in his cashier , how much generally he deposits . Ofcourse this is not a game of chance any more . This is disappointing by all means .

I agree that the deposit amount plays a role in successfully playing on some poker sites, and it also matters what country you are playing from.

100% disagree with that comment. poker site take their money through the rake and don't care who wins or loses a tournament claires including here on CC who play on several sites and do well on all of them some better than others but it's not because the sites trying to rip them off or

This is just nonsense that you have told yourself, because your skills are simply not enough to win anything.
