I think a good laptop has to have at least 8 g of RAM to open more than one website at the same time and play several tables simultaneously, but that's in my opinion and it's good to do a good search and you'll find several

I purchased a laptop for playing online, and after a recommendation from a friend, tried poker tracking/HUD software, but found that my new laptop wasn't powerful enough to run it successfully.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to what spec or brand I should consider upgrading to?

laptop, notebook or cell phone are useless for playing poker in my opinion. I prefer computers.
