I don't know what would make me stop playing a poker game, maybe a soccer game on my team and a round of beers with my friends, but I said "maybe or maybe".
Same here? Sadly (or luckily) there's only 1 homegame in this calendar year left for my national team (as other 3 matches are on the road) so there's not too many "problems" for me in remaining months of 2019 to decide what to prefer lol ...
When I'm in a SNG or a Freeroll, the game has been running for a while and supper time is near I'll start playing really loose to the point of going all-in with almost anything that I'd usually only raise with.
It never ends well but I don't like to be AFK for a while so I prefer to just give the chance to other players to reach a better position.
I would be forced not to play poker only some important and necessary thing, for example, housework or helping my wife with household chores or relaxing with family and close friends with a beer in nature!
I don't think I can stop playing what I do is manage my time to do everything I want, because by my profession I had to get away from the game and the forum but I already managed to balance my time to devote to the game and the forum and to support and help in what you can
Live game, I leave if there is bad personal hygiene, or someone who is just arguing and yelling every hand. Lots of other options out there, so why suffer through a bad game?
I already stopped for beer with friends. Football not, today my team is playing and the tv is on and I just listening.
I would not start a sick or hangover tournament.
Many different scenarios to that question.
Out with friends and the GF asked to leave, I stop.
In club and there is an obnoxious drunk playing, I would leave.
In a tournament only if a family emergency. and so on.
