Bella not sure what stakes your playing, but get yourself in the Micro thread and sort out a sweat with someone.

Well you dont have to sweat if you nervous ;), plsu sweating is goot imo.

There's other stuff you can do... like HH reviews, just posting in the thread for advice/poker theory with like minded ppl.

It actually improves my game a lot. Whenever someones watching I don't spew postflop (as much) and generally play a better game. Guess it's sort of driven to do good in the eyes of others. Maybe you'll have a similar experience ?

I'm gonna take a lesson from Jurn and give myself some real goals.

Both for the joy of achieving them (hopefully) and giving me a sense of direction and motivation instead of just playing for playings sake.

-Play 35k hands of 25nl FR. (should be enough for silver I think.)
-Maintain a decent winrate at 25nl FR
-Study at least 2 hours a week, either articles, or HEM session and stat reviews
-Don't be so goddamn results orientated, cut back the times I look at profit/losses during session and overall bankroll.
-Continue to sweat a lot, more than in January, with the microstakes people, as well as some other higher stakes players if they are willing.

Didn't play particularly great consistently imo.
Didn't run particularly well.

Nonetheless: +2 and some change BB/100 according to Poker Tracker Stud over about 18,000 hands of razz. Don't have the exact numbers since I'm on vacation currently.

Kind of late for this thread, but well, better late than never.

January was great. Crushed 100nl FR, crushed step SNGs, took part in my first big buy-in sunday tournament and got ITM. Played about 25k cash hands with is great volume for me considering i also spent time in tournaments.

Overall, combining rings, tournaments, step ticket values, bonus and rakeback, I earned about $2800 this month, which is obviously my best month ever. :D

Goals for February is to keep on doing the same, volume of 20k+ hands and ideally move up to 200nl for which i'm close to being properly rolled.

Will post ring game graph later.

I just gotta say, seeing how closely everyone keeps track of their stats and goals, is motivating to say the least. I love the discipline. I started playing again on January 25th with $80, and have built it up to $550. I am only able to play weekdays. For the month of February, my goal is reach $1,200-$1,500 BR. I have yet to have a losing day since beginning. I'm remaining content with small gains at a time. Playin online is still fairly new to me. Take me to a casino, and i feel very at home. Anyways, just wanted to say that I admire the dedication and discipline you all showcase......and encouragement you provide to fellow posters.

Well Jan has its up and downs, i think i've gotten better at poker i've been seen to be making the money 50% on the last 12 sng i played at. But i did hit my 100 post on cardschat:)
So my goals in feb
1. Get out of debt
2. Hit 5000k hands
3. Cash out for 50 bucks

I'll keep updating in my blog

Well one week in it already looks like i be able to hit 5k hands currently at 3700. As for the cash out i need to start playing more, i've been playing my a game, bankroll is up from last week so that's good.

Wow I just realized I forgot to post in this thread. That's the secret I guess. Basically I'm running very very good this month so I'm not going to post a graph/goals here at all and doomswitch myself.
