thanks! I have been thinking about the tracking software- is this why so many internet players are doing great when they move to live games? Or is it the amounts of hands= experience they are able to play online?

Suuuuper 1000th post and really well thought out and formatted guide Ice. One thought (thought you might have thought of it and maybe slipped your mind) is tht if you are playing on weekends and doing really well don't be fooled into thinking about moving up because you are realy playing against a great deal of mediocre players. Hope this'll help some think a little before moving up.

Wow, very well put together dude, i always considered using tracking software but thought it would be a waste of HD space and time. Holdem Manager is good keeps everything organised. with multi-tabling how many games do usually get up, I'm thinking of buying a bigger monitor cos i can only fit like 11 tables.

i disagree with his estimation that ultimate bet doesn't have good cash games. Granted there are few, but for me the ones that i do find are donkathons.
