Everything was great as long as our freerolls were there. Without them, this site simply has no advantages. Personally, I don't play there anymore.

Not my favorite any more,I miss CC free rolls so I dont go there as much

While I understand you're being disappointed and not having the CC free rolls anymore the fact that you guys aren't going back maybe part of the reason star stopped doing free rolls so much. I am sure they check cards chat out to see what's going on and how people are talking and reacting about their site and so many players said they only played three roles they would never deposit on their site it's rigged and on and on. Like I said I understand you're missing free noise but I don't think you should give up on such a good reputable site if he could play there and you could afford to play there. I do believe poker stars will bring something back in the future but the biggest problem with the free rolls is in my opinion too many people were just playing free rolls,

Ok so you dont like PKOs then. But the fact is, they are vastly more popular than traditional MTTs. So you are essentially suggesting, that sites should not offer the games, that are most popular.

I have a very high ROI in turbo PKOs. So why are those games not good for me? Maybe you just need to adjust your style?

Overall its more like 1 to 1 between turbo and regular speed MTTs. Maybe check your filters?

I like PKO's. I mostly play PKO's. Im profitable in PKO's. Check my challenge thread, I've won several. I think you're missing the point of what I'm trying to say.
A volatile format combined with PS high rake is overall better for the site than the player. I'm not arguing that it's not popular or they shouldn't offer them. When new players join the site and see a majority of games are PKO they believe that's the standard and it stands to reason that it becomes the most popular.
And I've checked my filters. Unfortunately I can't play PS.com, I'm region locked to Ontario. So maybe there's a difference in game selection. Just looking at the lobby and of the 24 non satty tournaments running from now until 5am, 20 are turbo and 11 are PKO.

I will never go back to Stars. After they increased the rake my interest dwindled and I stopped playing Razz. Then they decided to remove the freerolls.
This is a site who has ripped rake to the tune of Billions. They are telling the little guys who used to play there in their thousands that their Freerolls were diminishing the sites bottom line. I used the money won from freerolls to reinvest in the pay games, I'm sure many others did too. They would have taken rake from those games and got their freeroll money back that way.

Well yes there is. This thread is about pokerstars.com, and you are playing on a totally different site, which has no relationship with pokerstars.com other than having the same owners. Game selection is totally different, the player pool is different, and so is rake, promotions and everything else except presumably the software.

During lockdown, there were regularly over 100K people online on stars.
And there were also far more players on all the other sites, since people were basically forced to stay home and had to find something to do. These were great times for online poker, since the many new or returning players also made the games soft. But naturally lockdowns came to an end, which is overall a good thing, and now we just need to accept, that online poker has to compete with all sorts of outgoing activities :)

maybe you left because you got bored
it is natural to always look for something new and good
The point is that I'm looking the opportunities, not the complications. At 888 I play almost every day in tournaments with a guarantee from 1000$ to 2000$. I often get into the prizes, in one of such tournaments I won the 5th place. And satelites to these tournaments without the ability to make rebuy and addon. Considering that I have never made rebuys and addons at PokerStars, I feel very comfortable in such tournaments. On PokerStars there are only two-level satellites where my opponents have an advantage over me because they do rebuys and addons. And 888 has a better loyalty program and better Challenges for juicy tournaments with high guarantees.

but only about 200 players played those cc freerolls (platinum level), but pokerstars has to take care of about 1,000,000 players

that's my guess
PokerStars doesn't have 1 million people playing. A lot of players can be seen only in the top events, such as Sunday Million, Sunday Storm, SCOOP. And that's only because $11 PowerPath tickets allow you to play Sunday Storm and $109 PowerPath tickets allow you to play Sunday Million. I played for free in the Sunday Storm recently because I had $11 PowerPath tickets. :D
