When is best timing to enter MTT with 2hr late registry?

opinions vary on this one, I prefer to register early and got some action and take some chips at early stage....

I like to play loose in the beginning when blinds are cheap to try hit a double up. I don't like to buy in if the average stack is even double the buy in starting chips. Of course, if the overlay is big enough, you can afford to gamble a little more in your buy in.
