Correct tactic. I would also add: minimal risk on the big blind. Zoom range up monsters.

People who try to stall for the bubble are missing a large part of the action. You can take advantage of this by playing aggressive and stealing blinds. They can quickly add up towards the end.

It depends a lot on your stack.
But in general at freerolls/micros you will see tons of bad players. And most of them are just trying to get ITM. The good players know, that real payout goes to final table or even just first 3 places. So you need to aim for those to make real profit.

Idk, but in pokerstars we have hand-for-hand so on the bubble the next hand gets dealt only when the current finishes on all tables, so people can't really stall all that much.

I really dont care if people stall, its a legit strategy, if your stalling through a couple levels, that extra 1-3% in return is huge in the long run. What tilts me is when they stall on H4H because then its pointless.

I do think a big problem with a lot of online sites is that they don't have H4H towards the ends of tournaments. Maybe I don't play high enough stakes for it and they don't do it for smaller tournaments?
