Sharkscope ability rating. 50-100?

I'm trying to confirm sharkscope ability rating goes from 50-100.
Cans find it on Sharkscope site, and not much luck with web search.
One Thread on CardChat mentioned 50-100, but the thread was old and that was not the main topic.
One of the well know poker forums mentioned in their summary/review that scores range from 1-100. I didn't recall seeing anyone below 40. I didn't think I had seen a rating of 40-55 but thought it was possible. I have probably done about 50 or so searches, usually on players I suspect are strong or atleast see regularly.

Feel free to comment with your thoughts, but if you can site or even link sources, even better.

Maybe I will have to start doing some searches on players I suspect to have the lowest ability.

• 61-70 – mediocre player or low-stakes regular still trying to learn
• 71-80 – strong regular likely beating the games up to mid stakes
• 81-90 – a very solid player who is a winner in his games
• 90+ – a top pro who is crushing tournaments left and right

what I don't understand though why you get 3 stars out of 5 for 60.
3 stars seem not to fit the description for 50-60

weird that there's no official info on sharkscope on that ability points
