Some hands do not work, I have some more, at first I thought it was because they were capped games, but then found capped HH's that worked fine.

This is copied straight from the downloaded .txt file of partypoker.

Opponents hole cards not showing in replayer.

Also converted hand text says both players mucked at showdown when HH says we both showed.

Is there a way to get HH text from sites like partypoker, when clicking their HH option we get their replayer as below but no apparent option to get HH text, am I missing something?

I don't believe they allow you to pull hhs from hands you observe anymore. You should still be able to save the hands you play to your computer

Change the hand id to something new and it will convert correctly.

I don't believe they allow you to pull hhs from hands you observe anymore. You should still be able to save the hands you play to your computer

I was actually playing that hand, I did think of that but in the HH, files on my computer I noticed they stopped saving a number of months ago probably when their big software upgrade happened, I will look around party tonight to see if there are any settings to save HH's available.

Change the hand id of the hand histories you're converting before submitting your hand (e.g. 12345 - > 12346) and it should work.

AFAIK, not. They said they are working on it:

Looks sleek. My question is, how do you get a hand history? Is there a tool or something that will give it to you?

It varies by site - you need to request them. We are working on putting something together that will instruct you how to do it for each site but meanwhile take a look at the site you play at the most and you can probably find it.

It's rather simple, though. All you need is to copy the hand history in the appropriate format. Then you paste it in the converter. After submitting, you'll get the BB code and the replayer link.

For example, an easy way to get the HH from the PS client is from the Instant Hand History button here:

PokerStars also has the option to save your HH locally for a long time:

You can find the HH code in that folder. I suggest this option when possible, instead of sending your history by email. The emails are more problematic.

I can't help with the HH storing/sharing options of other poker clients, because I play only on PS at the moment.

If you get any errors, It will be best to share your HH code with us in plain text (the text you paste in the converter). If you paste it directly in the forum, I suggest you to surround it in [noparse]your HH code goes here[/noparse] tags. This is to avoid any automatic formating by the forum. Alternatively, there are internet services like GitHub Gist and pastebin, which allow easy text sharing.

Hand Replayer Issues

Anyone else having issues with the CC Hand Replayer? I was using it tonight and it started telling me that "It appears this hand has already been converted" This happened on about 10 different hands that I tried, then it went to: "There was a problem converting your hand"

Anyone else get this?

I can tell what the problem is immediately. Your hand log is not in English. The converter requires English only hands. I don't know about 888, but in PS you can select the English language for the Hand History. It's the checkbox "Save in English" in the screenshot above.

I tried to convert a hand (actually more than one) for the Forum Challenge. The problem is, because I use PT4 and it takes the hand histories out of PokerStars hand folder. I tried to convert a hand by copy/pasting it from PT. That didn't work. It only says:

"There was a problem converting your hand. Please contact us with any questions."
