Update

I logged in today after having a run of a lifetime yesterday where i was up over $600 for me --thats good in a days run.

I looked today and one of my quick deposits has been taken down--and $400 of my money was drained by FTP--i guess because they couldn't collect it from my other bank--which was a non-patriotic bank.

Weird--i wrote to cashier@ftp but have yet to get a response

I didn't want to start a new thread for this, sorry to hijack but I wanted to use quickdeposit on Full Tilt since my debit card wouldn't work, it says they charge no fees but your bank may... I use [mod edit...] does anyone know if they charge a fee and what it is?

well now they aren't processing funds from my "patriotic" bank now? I had no problems with funds clearing over there and now the e processor is not processing any bank i put in? tried two other banks in the US and still nothing. Maybe they arent processing any US banks at this time?? dunno??

and they also took away the other edeposit bank acct. i had listed so it was like i never had that acct.--


Anyonelse having this problem? can anyone please tell me if your echecks are working now and what bank

It is not a major problem for the banks to figure out where a money transfer is going. I used to wire money all the time when I was in business and they could easily block a transfer. They also have been blocking transfers to undesirable locations under the Patriot Act for over 6 years. The difference has been the amount of cooperation the banks have given the government in its enforcement on the ban on online poker transfers. Since there are criminal provisions for the bank knowingly transfering funds to a poker site or poker processor, IMO, they have started to take it seriously. The best way would be transferring money by a private third party such as Western Union or Money Gram. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that they are outside of the authority of the anti-gambling act. Withdrawing money is apparently getting more difficult as well.

I used quick deposits for deposits 7 times since 12-6. Here is the amount of time it took for each to process
2 days
16 days
2 days
2 days
has not processed in 49 days
4 days
has not processed in 11 days

Are those last two going to get processed at all? FWIW, the ones that processed in 2-4 days processed via an electronic debit of some sort but the one that took 16 days processed via a check they had manufactured.

All these deposits except one are $100 or less. The one greater than $100 has yet to process.

Any updates on this? I deposited in late Nov. and it STILL has not been taken out of my account. This is extremely ridiculous at this point and I feel like something should be done.

I'm not the type to use the money until I know it has cleared my account because I don't want to end up "owing" money if the transfer were to be denied and I used the funds in the FT account.

Anyway, just wondering if this got resolved for anyone else that was waiting??

I'm with bgarric here, has anyone heard if this problem has been resolved? I'm normally on Stars but just downloaded FT since a lot of members here are on there. I hope I don't run into this problem.

you shouldn't have any problem because full tilt's quick deposit method works exactly the same as pokerstars echeck method and when i played at full tilt i never had any problems depositing this way

I deposited $100 and still have not seen the deduction from my checking acct. Initially, there was a $100 difference between my statement balance and available balance, which I assumed was normal as the transaction was getting processed. Then this difference disappeared and I don’t believe that the money was taken out. I later withdrew money from FT, they gave it to me in wire transfer. I ended up getting only $85 back after a $28 fee. FT did give me credit for $50, but I haven’t been able to take it out yet as I need to make $100. I am not gonna deposit anything now. For all I know, one day I might see a huge charge on my account.

Well y'all are lucky atleast your able to make a deposit. Some reason my bank is declining mine try according to FT. They say that bank is declining saying insufficient funds but I have plenty in my bank. Any one else have a problem like this and/or know what I can do?

I am pretty sure that some states are having that issue.

Ok well long as it's not just me. My bank is in floriday but I live in south georgia about 5 minutes from the florida/georgia boarder.

i did the same thing withdrawing $117 and it went through with a wire transfer of only $89. I then tried to deposit on ultimate bet using the instant echecks option but it was declined, so i think it might just be the payment method all together not just full tilt.

My Quick Deposit still works coming directly out of my bank account. It does take a little while to be taken out and then put back in but I feel pretty safe with my money for the most part. Then again have been playing more on Stars lately so I couldnt tell you recently but I had a decent amount of money going on and coming off Oct-Feb

Having the same issue...what's everyone going to do? Just wait it out and see if they ever take the money?
