When a person choses a name, there is usually an expression of some kind. So, freedom of expression may come in to play here. After all, they are just harmless words.

This is kinda tilt related. Someone said before you shouldn't sit at the same table as them if it bothers you and I agree with them. In B&M poker you meet aggressive idiots who threaten you and stuff, and you get it in the chatbox online. If a name tilts you then address the tilt issue and ignore the name.
