Hey i realised that lately before i get ready to sit down for a session ive been taking like 10-15 minutes to stretch and do a quick little workout of pushups and situps... it helps me get my blood pumping and clear my mind a little bit and get ready for "battle"... does anyone have any interesting routines or rituals before they start a session or am i just a wierdo
