glad to here your learning BR skills. looks like you'll soon be rolled for 1k/2k sort wish i made my millions at the ring games. but did it mostly at the 90man sit and goes. didn't start playing ring games till i had over 7m. and the i did 1k/2k. as far as being rolled for the 500k's i would'nt buyin if it puts you under 5m. you dont get them back. thats how i got below 1m i just couldnt stop playing the 500k's. what i would suggest to you is to try to add even more tables to what you are doing now. this will prove to be a valuable skill when you start playing real money. better to learn now on playmoney. good luck hope to see you in the nightly 100k sometime. you'll like it people are nice there.

Unfortunately I can't, as there is a limit of 8 ring game tables for play money.

But I agree that it would help my winrate. bankroll stands at 272,000 now, I'm getting bored of ring games and trying a few SnG's to mix things up.

How's it going. I started yesterday as you know, and am at a bit over 180k. Hope I can catch you up soon. I'm still in 25-50. NL HE If I may ask, under what user name do you play? Maybe we've played eachother? When do u plan to go from 25-50 to 100-200? I'm thinking i'll change at around 400k. EDIT: Just flopped trip queens and someone else flopped trip 3s, so make that 210k.

IDK how you guys play but i found just shoving w/AK preflop very profitable. i hope this helps. i haven't tried it in 6max just full ring and it only works till 100/200 then above that you got to see a flop and play it from there. goodluck to both of you. i've never 8 tabled till i read your post. i tried it last night and made 100k in the 100/200 in less tan one hour. what a good run.

Well I play poker for fun, but hopefully I'll eventually get to the point where I can play real money.

I play as jdeliverer @ FTP, bankroll is now about 450k. Been on a pretty cold streak.

i made a stake of $46.06 from freerolls and most of that(well little over half) was made from the 500k playchip $40 freeroll on tilt. my roll today is just over $70 and growing. so yes it can be done.

Huge heater...

One fish at the 100/200 tables enabled me to go from 20k to 200k chips on one table in an hour. Besides that, I just dominated the tables this session. It's nice... I was on a long break even/ up & down stretch until the last 400 hands or so.

Bankroll is now 775k. I could enter the 500k freerolls now if I want, but I'm going to wait until I get about 6 million and am playing 1k/2k.

Nice graph. After you hit the comfort zone you'll be pretty much gaining or breaking even for each session. I believe I said it earlier, but it's pretty much clock-work at this point. Just stay cool and stick to your game plan.

I am curious to where you are seeing these 500k freerolls? I'd take a chance to waste 'em away.

ON full tilt poker under play money tourneys there is a tourney that you can buy in to for 500,000 play chips. the tourney pays top 18 in real money!!! very nice tourney and ease to make it into the money not many play

I had some great sessions and made it to the 2m mark. I sold 1m for 5 dollars and am now grinding the 1cent-2cent holdem. 8 tabling made it possible to go from 210k to 2m in just 2 days.

Did you sell pokerstars chips? I thought you couldn't sell Full Tilt chips.

No one has ever satisfactorily explained why people spend real money buying play chips. But apparently they do, so stop looking the gift horse in the mouth.

I started on the quest seriously yesterday. Up to 100K so far. I've found that the 5/10 Omaha high tables are very lucrative. All ins every hand from at least half the table. Just wait for a good hand.

it's not allowed on fulltilt because of the 500k playchip $40 freeroll. at pokerstars there's no way to make "real" money from playchips and at tilt there is. as far as why someone will buy them i imagine it would make a cool gift for the kids. but in the playmoney world i also see people who become accostumed to playing at a certain level then go broke. i've seen people beg for playchips as well as offer money for them. but i've also heard of people getting scammed by paypal people deposit then cancel on you. but this thread is too funny i wish i started one here. i'm at 3.4m and want more now.

You don't need to deposit to get real money on pokerstars. You can sell your play money! In google just search "Sell pokerstars play chips" and you will get many results with sites willing to buy your play chips. I have done it many times. Just look for the sites that offer you the most money for your play chips.
