As others have said , it is probably best to just turn the chat off, which I try to do but sometimes still get sucked into reading it (ACR doesn't let you turn it off completely). I just switch the the info panel when playing cash games, for the most part, but still get curious and check the table chat, but it usually just makes me mad even if it's not a comment directed at me.
You could report them by email or however it works on PS, but I doubt anything crazy would happen... maybe they will get a chat ban for a couple days or something. On ACR there is a rule in the ToS about abusing other players in chat.(I know you said PS, but just using ACR as an example since I'm not too sure about PS). It even says they can freeze your funds for it, but I don't know if they ever actually do it. I'd guess that would only happen if they got reported multiple times and didn't stop, but I'm not really sure how it works. Probably not worth the trouble even emailing or reporting and would be better off just ignoring them.
