| Seating question? I play in a regular 6-7 man poker game with some friends. We keep stats & over the years 1 player has won more than anyone else by a fair margin. We always sit in the same seating positions around the table. Question: Is there any disadvantage to being seated to the RIGHT of this "best player" week after week? Would appreciate comments, articles on the subject. Thanks. |

| It depends. Does he play nitty or loose? If he's a nit, keep on him your left, and steal his blinds and pots away from him. If he's on the looser side, definitely switch up the seating and get position on him. I think switching up seating would be more fun anyways. I run a monthly home game, and we're always switching up where we sit. |
