Federal Lawsuit on Top Poker Sites

Can anyone please let me know if they have any updated information on the Federal Lawsuit against Full Tilt, PokerStars, Ultimate Bet Etc...?
I have been playing for years. (Ultimate Bet / Full Tilt) and now cannot play even "FreeRolls". I have put "cash" into these sites... (Legitimately). Never off of a credit Card. Cash that I was willing to Gamble. I once worked in a casino, and have seen patrons take money off of their credit cards. I cant see why I am not allowed to play in the comfort of my own home... but can go out to the Casino (nearest one is about an hour 15 minutes) and "Gamble" all my little heart desires. If anyone has any updates on how this is going, could you please let me know?

whatever you had on ub or absolute is gone, they are Bankrupt, pokerstars and fulltilt are working on giving players their money and I believe they will.

however, about playing there, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to do so anytime soon, however there are other sites that accept us players.

yes we are allowed to gamble our little hearts out , casinos , dog tracks , horse tracks . jai alai , scratch off tickets , state lottery's , multi state lottery's etc .
one difference tax money our government gets a big cut of all those . it's just GREED and after they figure out how to get money from online it will be OK again . we should have stood up many years ago when authorities were busting home games and charging people with the RICO act . I remember in Fla when they sent an undercover agent in to play a weekly poker game for small change (coins)with the residents of an old folks trailer park community and then busted them all and took them to jail . criminals for playing poker . our government is not of the people or for the people .
